What is the status of my order?
You can track your order status by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
What is Volcom's return policy?
We offer free returns on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.

How should I care for my technical outerwear?
To maintain the waterproofing of your jackets and pants, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with technical detergent and tumble drying on low heat to reactivate the DWR coating.
Does Volcom offer a warranty on products?
We stand behind our quality. Volcom provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase on apparel and outerwear, and two years on select accessories.
